I generally rank car shopping right up there with bathing suit shopping (and I'm 50). So I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received at Roush Honda. Very awesome service and sales department! I initially went in about 3 weeks ago looking for a newer car. I was greeted by salesman Rob Donkelaar. After a while, we agreed that I'd look at some of their pre-owned certified cars online, then contact him. I did find a 2018 Civic hatchback with just under 14,000 miles. I went back to see him and made the purchase. He's very easy to work with, very honest, straightforward and helpful. I wish everyone was that way! I went back in the next morning to pick up my vehicle and he came in on his day off to make sure everything went smooth for me. I would definitely recommend Roush Honda and Rob to everyone!
