Angel was very helpful and encouraged us to take our time and chose the best vehicle for us. He contacted us at an appropriate frequency and was always polite. Above average service especially during COVID. Due to safety I wanted to deal online at which all the other dealerships in Columbus were not willing to do. I was contacted by Ken R. And knew the vehicle safety I wanted to deal online at which all the other dealerships in Columbus were not willing to do. I was contacted by Ken R. And knew the vehicle I wanted and gave him my trade in vehicle information and we negotiated to the price I wanted online. Once that was done I went to dealership stood outside while they verified my trade in. The whole experience was seamless with minimum contact. Other dealerships want you there in person to pressure a deal without safety in mind. There was no pressure and was pleased with transaction. More

They are people/customer oriented. They are a big dealership but they make it feel personal. This is our 1st purchase from Roush but I doubt if it will be the last. Just purchased our third CRV from Roush, first sold by Pat Hannahs and second two sold by Shawn Risner. No regrets. Talked to Shawn on Friday night and told him what I wanted. He didn't have the exact Pat Hannahs and second two sold by Shawn Risner. No regrets. Talked to Shawn on Friday night and told him what I wanted. He didn't have the exact model/color in stock, but arranged an appointment following Monday night to appraise the CRV I was trading. By Monday night, Shawn had the model/color I wanted and by closing time, Kyln and Shawn had me checked out and on my way home in my new 2020 CRV! Thanks everyone! More
