Exceeded My Expectations! After six trips to another Honda dealership it became apparent they did not want to help me or want my business. During my first visit at Roush Honda After six trips to another Honda dealership it became apparent they did not want to help me or want my business. During my first visit at Roush Honda I met will Lee Cohen and the atmosphere and treatment was completely different. Despite having a unique vehicle request that was not in the dealer inventory, Lee took the time to explain what my options were and how I could get my vehicle. Just 2 1/2 months later I took delivery of my retirement car (2019 Civic Type R). The day I took delivery of my car everyone was friendly, helpful and polite. Lee Cohen took the time and went over all vehicle functions in detail. Everything the team at Roush Honda did made for a very enjoyable buying experience. They totally exceeded my expectations. Best sales experience in 50 years I went with a friend who was going to buy a Honda Fit. We met with Shawn Risner, he was a joy to deal with. Shawn worked with her budget, was extremely helpful, funny and charming. My friend got exactly what she wanted, and he was so thorough in explaining all the nuances of the car. On the way out I saw a HRV I LOVED. Three days later I returned to Roush, and specifically to Shawn. Bought my HRV, and Shawn, again, was amazing. This is the best car buying experience I have had in literally 50 years. Recommend Roush and Shawn 100 % More

My First Leasing Experience Prior to leaving on vacation, I stopped in Roush Honda to simply see the Honda Fit. I was so lucky, as the salesperson I first met was Shawn RIsner. Prior to leaving on vacation, I stopped in Roush Honda to simply see the Honda Fit. I was so lucky, as the salesperson I first met was Shawn RIsner. I was so impressed with Shawn, his friendly, low keyed approach and his smiling, cheerful personality that as soon as I returned I went back to Roush AND to Shawn. Would not work with anyone’s else! What a good choice on my part, this experience was all I could have hoped for. I was unclear about buying vs leasing and he carefully and in a unbiased manner carefully explained both to me. In the end I leased my new beauty, the sweet little FIT. And Shawn spent a long time showing me all the great features on this car. I could not be happier with my car, or my salesperson (and new friend)! PS. My friend who accompanied me was so impressed that three days later she leased her new Honda, from Shawn, of course! More
