We were gonna buyout our lease! We had 6 months left on our 2016 Odyssey lease. I get a random email from Jeff at Roush Honda. I ignored at first because, that’s his job to reach out We had 6 months left on our 2016 Odyssey lease. I get a random email from Jeff at Roush Honda. I ignored at first because, that’s his job to reach out for business. But then the itch came so I reached out just to talk. Knowing full well we were 15,000 miles over our lease with 6 months left. Fast forward a couple days. My wife calls broke down in her 08’ Civic that was the second time this year. Now we’ve put more into that car then it’s worth. So I shot a random email about bringing in the van and the 08’ since we only needed one car anyway. He said great idea. After a few emails we made an appointment to meet with him. When we sat down with him he already had the payments and comparisons ready for us to view. We were dead set on an Accord. We decided to do our diligence and drive a Civic (even though they are to small!) he brought it up allowed my wife and I to drive it alone so we could talk about it with no pressure. Wow it is bigger then the 08’! Then we drove the Accord which we knew we were gonna buy, we didn’t like it as well as the Civic. We go back Jeff has the appraisals for both our cars done. Wow less then an hour! But we wanted to see the lava colored one. He said no problem, drove us out in a new Civic to see it. As we get there we see this construction vest green coupe. My wife says I’ve always wanted a two door. I was like no way we have a 4 yr old how is that gonna work. She said I at least want to sit in one. So we drove back Jeff being as patient as he was clearly didn’t care that there were a million people in the dealership said hey let’s run the numbers for the coupe. The only mistake he made was letting us sit in the Red coupe with a moon roof (I always wanted one!) it had more features then the Accord and way more then the other Civic and we both love red! But what about our 4 year old so me being 6’0 tall and well very fluffy (275 lbs) I sat in every seat in the car. Wow it has more room then the 2 doors I remember from the 90’s. But could we get a booster seat in as the ceiling was lower in the coupe (I hit my head sitting back there). I sat in it again this time like I would if I was going on a trip you know with leg across the other. I had room I was sitting lower in the seat my didn’t hit. But would a booster seat with a high back fit. He s our his tape measure and measures both Civics and they were both 34” our booster is 28”. So we’re talking and he said he’s step away to let us think. He never bothered us until we were ready. We got a great deal with no pressure. We felt as though he didn’t care how long it took as long as were getting what we want. This is a testament to ones character. To go the scariest place on earth a car dealership and have someone just guide you no matter how questions you ask is awesome. We got the car we truly wanted not the “deal of the day”. Jeff is beyond amazing at he did! I also want to say that every time I go into Roush as this was our third lease from them I always welcomed. Your met at the door by salesman, but not because they want to sell you a car. They said hey how are you is there something you need help with. My wife needed to use the restroom and they said it’s right over here. They cared more about our comfort then us buying a car. I always feel this and based off the award on Jeff’s desk I guess that’s why from 2000-2009 they sold 958,000 vehicles. Way to go Jeff and Roush you guys make it fun to buy a car. More

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated very well. Our salesman Steve was just great to work with as were all the people we dealt with. There were no high pressure tactics or anything approaching that. We were totally happy with the condition of the 2016 Accord we purchased, it was exactly as described. We had as much time as needed to evaluate it and work out the details of the purchase. Financing the car and completing the purchase was very easy ,and Tim found us a great low interest loan through Honda. I would highly recommend Roush Honda. More
Exceeding Expectations Honda owners can be sentimental about their car, but after 15 year and 228K miles it was time to let go and retire my CR-V. I tend to be a bit thrifty, so the lure of the Hybrids, with their high MPG was appealing. Spyros was very helpful and patient working to determine the combinations of features that best fit my needs. During the process, when they were checking my old CR-V for a trade in, it went into cardiac arrest, when a compressor froze and threw a serpentine belt. While we did find a hybrid to fit my needs and Spyros worked hard to get the best deal, I also realized that the CR-V was still fit my needs better than a hybrid. Working late Spyros was able to get a great deal on a new CR-V. The team went the extra mile and arranged a loaner to get me home. Thanks More

I was getting my car serviced at the dealer where I had purchased my Honda Accord Hybird 5 years ago. While I was there I saw a 2019 CRV demo for sale, I was interested. After my service was over, I went into the sales office to try and make a deal. We just couldn't quite get there. I had shared with the salesman that I had the Honda family discount, they gave me another discount, but for a car that had 5,600 miles I didn't feel like that was enough. I told him I would not bxuy today, he told me that price was only good that day. I walk out. I came home and contacted Roush Honda. There I met Jeff Hape. I told him what I was looking for, a new 2019 CRV Touring and that I had the Honda Family discount as well as the COSCO discount. He said let's see which one is the best. We did that and they were within a hundred dollars so I took the best one. They appraised my car for more than the other dealer and the deal was pretty even money wise and I would be getting a brand new car with just 5 miles on it. As opposed to getting one that had 5,600 miles on it or just about the same money. I told Jeff that I could not make the deal today. He said ok but will I hear from you by Monday, I said yes one way or the other. He never tried to pressure me by saying something like well this deal is only good today. I told him ,as well, if you sell that car before I return that would be ok. I returned home and my wife and I decided we would buy from Jeff at Roush. I returned on Monday and Jeff was ready for me and we finished the deal. I had a couple of things to take of and Jeff was able to take care of a few curves that I threw him. He was unfazed by my lack of preparation.. now for the delivery of the vehicle. Jeff was very patient with us. He went over all of the unique things that the car had to offer. For example one of the things that was important to us was the setting of the automatic locks upon exiting the car. We have that on our 2017 civic and wanted to make sure that it was set on this new car, he got it done quickly with a fine explanation. He also paired my phone with the car and showed how to use the talk to text feature. This was important because upon leaving the dealership we realized we only had one key. As we are going down the road I used this feature to contact Jeff. It worked. We went back to the dealership and he came up with the key and we were on our way. No finer test of Jeff's teaching than for us to use one of the features and it work to a T. Thank you ,Jeff you were the Best. More
