Real, honest and straightforward. Rob was super friendly, he was honest and gave me straight forward answers. Picked him over thre different 3 salesman in dealerships in the Columbus a Rob was super friendly, he was honest and gave me straight forward answers. Picked him over thre different 3 salesman in dealerships in the Columbus area. Rob even gave me a tour of the service department and explained how there hours longer in order to take care of customers. He also mentioned how they have their own auto body team. So if my car ever gets in an accident I can send it to roush. They did work with me on $500 off on the wheel and tire deal but it would be nice to get a nice add on for being in the military. Would be nice to offer one of those specials for free as a courtesy for serving. Like free oil changes for a few years or something. Again not to be picking but as a servicemember it feel good to be taken care in a different way. I think the only reason I got $500 off was because I has purchased 2 Honda before. More

Even though we had already test driven the Pilot, she took the time to point out and demonstrate some of the benefits of the car that were relevant to our family.
