I knew exactly the price going into the purchase and all the functions of my car. He showed me comparisons to cheaper models and really convinced me the Civic EX was the best fit for me. I was able to even set up the functions in my car such as Apple Play and bluetooth before I even left the dealership. I was made aware of all the safety features such as the Mitigation and Honda Sensing. When doing all the finiancing, Linda Barba laid out all the costs, went over all the additional packages, and explained all the services I will need to keep up with to keep my car in perstine condition. I couldn’t thank Bob and Linda enough for all the work they put into making this experience care-free and FUN. More

He said that he would be glad to help me but he was busy that day and suggested that I make an appointment to meet with him on Monday. When we arrived the car was already warmed up and ready for our test drive. The whole deal was done in 4 days and I was on my way back to Nebraska. They made all of this happen over Christmas!! And. . . . we have to have an engine block heater installed and the young man that was working that day had never put one in and was having minor issues. The regular mechanic was on vacation and came in to help!! Vacation!! Roush truly has the greatest employees! I will be making all of my future purchases from Roush no matter where I live!! More
