Smooth, efficient, and fun My husband and I really did not *want* to be car shopping, but his car died a sudden and irritating death. His 2012 Ford Focus may have been doomed f My husband and I really did not *want* to be car shopping, but his car died a sudden and irritating death. His 2012 Ford Focus may have been doomed from the start, and it came to a spectacular end--transmission problems that were going to cost more than the value of the car to fix. Of course, the Ford dealer was offering to make it very easy to buy another Ford, but I recruited Bill to help me make it even easier to buy a Honda--and he did! Within 24 hours of calling Bill, we spent a couple hours with him talking about options and doing test drives. He was extremely obliging to fit us in within an hour of my initial call, and he took all of the time we needed--staying late on a Friday--to make sure we had all of the info we needed to make a decision. After sleeping on it (and making a follow-up appointment before we left for 10am the next morning), we made our decision and started the paperwork, which took less than a half hour. We came back and signed off and took delivery of a brand new Civic with all of the features we needed at the price we needed as well. Bill is very good at his job because he *listens* to his clients. You need to be willing to talk to him, because he is not going to talk you into anything. That, to me, is the highest praise I can offer a salesperson. He heard what we wanted, where we were, what our concerns were, and he met us on every single point. I am very lucky that I had two friends who referred us to Bill, and I will *definitely* refer all of my friends to him in the future. I am extremely grateful that we got to work with him. More
