Otis & Shawn I contact Otis Tate 8 months ago about a new CRV but we couldn't work out a deal. Last week, I contacted Otis again because my daughter wanted a new Accord. I guess she had grown tired of her 2004 Accord with 123k miles. Otis was celebrating his 24 year anniversary on Saturday and referred me to Shawn Risner. Shawn worked with Lisa and I over a span of 5 hours while also helping his other clients. My daughter is a PHd student at OSU and therefore her resources are limited. Shawn again spent the time and made this experience a wonderful one. Convenient Purchase We met Jan on our first visit to Honda. We knew we were interested in a new CR-V. She walked us through the different models, starting with the Touring edition in the showroom. However, she did not push us to purchase the most expensive model. The EX-L best met our needs. Roush has a large inventory, so we were able to find our color preference. We made an appointment to go back to sign paperwork on a slower day so that our sale could be processed quickly. Jan was personable and patient with our boys (10 and 12) who will eventually be driving this vehicle. More

Wonderful Steve Tarbutton was wonderful to work with. I took my 2004 Pilot in for servicing and it was discovered that part of the rear frame was rusting throu Steve Tarbutton was wonderful to work with. I took my 2004 Pilot in for servicing and it was discovered that part of the rear frame was rusting through...no longer safe to drive. The staff turned an unfortunate situation into a pleasant experience. Steve listened to what I was looking for and was low-pressure, which was much appreciated. He found two almost identical Pilots with the features I was looking for and I purchased my new used Pilot the next day. My mom was so impressed with my experience that she purchased a new used CRV from Roush (and Steve) just a few weeks later. More

I went on line and immediately identified a candidate car fi My son asked for some help in identifying a used Honda Civic with a manual transmission. I went on line and immediately identified a candidate car five year's old but with exceptionally low miles. I initially stopped at Rousch's used car lot on Schrock and Angel Milanov took time to identify where the car was and directed me to Rousch's Discount Car lot. Rousch Sales Representative, Doug Antle, promptly arranged a test drive and encouraged me to take my time in testing the car for my son's use. I liked the car, and arranged to come back in a couple hours with my son to allow him to test drive the car. He liked it and we arranged to come back the next day to finalize the deal. The car was presented washed and clean, and the sales paperwork was handled efficiently by the lot's manager (sorry, can't remember his name). All and all a very good experience; in working with Antle, I felt he had our interests at heart and was a real pleasure to work with!!! The only negative I would offer and I do this as constructive criticism, is that I requested the car be put on hold for the afternoon until my son could drive it. In my mind a very reasonable request. The dealership refused which didn't leave me with a good feeling, especially as someone who now has led purchase of three cars from Rousch (including two new cars) and had never had the slightest negative experience. But as indicated above, overall a very good experience! More
