Of course with the internet today and as a life long Consumer Report subscriber/contributor it's easy to get a lot of data on Dealer auto costs and car quality and reliability. My daughter and son-in-law both wanted a CRV because of it's quality/reliability ratings and to support the Ohio economy. Otis and Cameron made it a seamless and transparent experience, even finding a way around some rather inflexible policy to make the sale and close the deal. Everyone left the agreement feeling it was a win-win. And when the wire transfer of funds ran into trouble, the supporting staff couldn't have been better to make it happen! Linda made everything super easy! This was our first Honda purchase and I really wasn't sure what to expect on a Costco Program sale since many dealers look at those customers like the This was our first Honda purchase and I really wasn't sure what to expect on a Costco Program sale since many dealers look at those customers like they're using a coupon at a fancy restaurant. LOL! But Linda could not have been nicer or more helpful had we been her neighbors or buying our 5th car from her. 95% of the deal was done via text and there were never any games. All of our questions and concerns were addressed and the entire process was super smooth. "Miss Karen" in Finance was very easy to work with as well. Everything was laid out as Linda and I had discussed, the products available were explained without any pressure -- just good information about our options and then letting us ask questions and make decisions. Really could not have asked for an easier transaction and will definitely recommend Linda and Roush and make them our first stop when our lease is up. More

Delightful experience at Rousch Honda Our visit was to investigate the possibility of owning a Honda Odyssey. We did not feel presdured and did feel he was extremely knowledgeable.He gave us excellent service and revisited with him several times. We were trying to decide if tbe vehicle met our needs and budget. We also met with the finace director. Unfortunately it was our decision to revisit the idea of an Ofdessy in tbe future. I believe our salesperson did everything he could to close a sale. As a resukt of this positive experience these , we will definitely go back to Rousch and insist that Murphy work with us. We niw consider him a friend. More
