The car I was driving was breaking down and I need led to replace it. I went to Roush Honda in Westerville and Spyros Tabone me let me right out of the front door. This man was as easy going and optimistic as they come. He was realistic and honest while at the same time kind. He listened to me and made the entire experience wonderful. Not many salesman would spend as much time and effort on someone that has a low shot of buying a car. He did and I walked out with a brand new car and a smile and a great deal. Top Notch and Hassle free For the past several years I’ve purchased my Honda’s from Lindsay Honda. I recently decided to trade my Pilot for the new 2019 Pilot, so I reached out For the past several years I’ve purchased my Honda’s from Lindsay Honda. I recently decided to trade my Pilot for the new 2019 Pilot, so I reached out to my previous sales woman who tried to sell me a 2018. After I told her that I was not interested in the 2018 model, or seemed like she gave up on me. I called Roush Honda and was promptly assisted by Murphy. When asked whether or not a particular 2019 Pilot was in inventory, not only did Murphy look at his inventory logs, but he asked if he could go to their offsite lot to confirm it was there. When I arrived Murphy had the Pilot pulled up front for me. At this point I knew I wanted to buy, if my trade appraised for its value. I was impressed that I got exactly what I was looking for in my trade. Within an hour I had agreed to purchase my 2019 Pilot and will continue to buy from Murphy going forward. Very professional, transparent and informative. Murphy even has followed up with me since my purchase. Roush Honda has a gem! More
