We never felt any pressure to buy at Roush. This made the experience much better. She would periodically check in with us to see if we were still interested, but not overly so. We initially were going to go with the dealer but the rate did not work for us My husband and I were looking for the best financing option available. We initially were going to go with the dealer but the rate did not work for us. So we changed our mind and decided to go through our bank who had a better rate but did not finance the entire loan amount. On the day we were going to purchase the car, we chose to try one more thing and that was to go through the dealer who managed to get us a decent loan rate for the term we were looking for at the last minute. A huge thank you to Ray Moore (salesman) and Tim Senek (business manager) for being so flexible and easy to work with in a short time frame. Jan took the time to understand my requirements and immediately got me in for a test drive. I never felt pressured or rushed. Jan clearly explained all the features, and if she didn't immediately know an answer to one of my questions, she was honest and forthright about it. I appreciated that transparency! She was able to locate the exact model I wanted, and luckily there was 1 left in stock. She helped me get a reservation on it entered in the system while I had my Civic appraised for trade in. The whole process was very easy and I felt like I was making a good decision. Likewise, the financing meeting was pressure-free and all the paperwork was signed quickly and without issue.
