All the people I have dealt with are very knowledgeable in their area of expertise and always have time available for any questions. I highly recommend Roush Honda for your car purchases and leases. My salesman, Shawn Risner, was excellent. He din't pressure me and always answered my questions in great detail. Shawn always provides options and suggestions. Shawn is a wealth of information in all ares of the cars he sells. He has been my salesman for all three of my leases and will continue to be salesman for future transactions with Roush Honda. He did not hurry us for a decision, even though he was going on vacation the day after our visit. We ended up purchasing our vehicle the next week, and were assisted in the "closing" process by Jeff Hape, who also was outstanding. Jeff made sure we got answers to all our questions and was very respectful of our time. The business office did not try to sell us unnecessary items. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

The Best Experience on Purchasing a car. OUTSTANDING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND and THE BEST is how I would describe my experience with purchasing my car from Roush Honda. I started this adventure OUTSTANDING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND and THE BEST is how I would describe my experience with purchasing my car from Roush Honda. I started this adventure on March 21, 2018 which is the day I met Casey Brindley. I was referred to Casey by a very good friend of his and I thought I was meeting a salesman and to Mike then introduced me to the finance guy-Tim and he also had those same outstanding qualities that Casey and Mike displayed. The very next day Tim called me and told me he has found a vehicle that would fit my needs, but unfortunately I was not able to get back to the dealership until Friday and the car they had for me had been sold. Feeling somewhat discouraged, I shared with Mike that I just wanted something reliable that would fit my budget. Mike then took me around the property to see if there was something else I liked and there was nothing at that time. He then advised me that they had just gotten some cars in that were in the process of being certified and he took me to the garage area to look at those vehicles. When he opened the door he began talking to me about what was available and before he could even take to look at the cars, I spotted what I claimed to be my car, which was a black 2015 Honda Civic SE model with black interior. We looked the vehicle over and it only had 17,000+ miles and was spotless. We then went and spoke with Tim and the vehicle was a little out of the range of my budget and Tim told me to give him some time and he would get back to me. On March 27, 2018 I became the proud owner of the car. :) When I purchased the car on that day, I was having a horrible migraine headache and Mike went and purchased me a Sprite to help settle my stomach. He was very concerned about how I was feeling and he got through the paperwork in a timely manner. This has been the most wonderful car experience that I have ever had and just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU TO Casey, Mike and Tim and the Roush Honda family.
