Our New Lease Chris was so helpful.  We were delayed getting our new car picked out.  We were going out of town for a graduation party.   We talked to Chris on Wedn Chris was so helpful.  We were delayed getting our new car picked out.  We were going out of town for a graduation party.   We talked to Chris on Wednesday and he found the car we wanted.   He pulled it off the lot and got the protective coating we wanted on it.  All our communication was over the phone. On Monday we picked up a new car.    Now I’m sure Chris would prefer not all his clients shop like this, but since our lease was running out it worked for us       Thanks Chris More

Very quick and easy process The process was smooth and quick, we were given ample time to test drive 2 models we were considering and ended up going with the right car and trim l The process was smooth and quick, we were given ample time to test drive 2 models we were considering and ended up going with the right car and trim level. Despite it being very busy, felt like we were not rushed. We were happy with the price but negotiation was still required which is unfortunate. Still looking forward to the day of true upfront no haggle pricing. But despite that awkward process found nearly everywhere in the industry, Roush Honda is still the place we will take to service our cars and continue to buy new. Loved the no-pressure feel. We actually came in not expecting to buy and felt comfortable leaving after a test drive which is rare. Luckily we found a good fit and deal! More
