Terry (Roush Budget Car Outlet) was Jim Hartsook, Terry Gabrich and Tim Senek did an excellent job during my first used car purchase at Roush Honda. Terry (Roush Budget Car Outlet) was very helpful, showed me numerous cars and applied no pressure. I then decided to pursue a certified pre-owned car. Jim showed me all my certified "used car" options that were within my budget, answered all my questions, never put any pressure on me to make a decision and worked with me throughout the purchasing process.  Tim did an awesome job explaining all the financial documents and walking me through the process. They were all very customer service focused and contributed to making this a great used car purchase experience.
