Very friendly and helpful I had been to two other dealerships recently looking for a new Honda Accord before I selected Roush. Both places seemed unwilling to give me a price w I had been to two other dealerships recently looking for a new Honda Accord before I selected Roush. Both places seemed unwilling to give me a price when I asked and were not good at following up after my visit. I felt that I wasn't taken seriously. When I e-mailed Roush, Cameron Bryant responded immediately with a price and then followed up with the fact that Roush also offers a 7 year protection plan. Due to his follow through I ventured in last Saturday and instantly felt comfortable with Cameron. He was personable, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. I ended up buying the car in part due to his sunny personality and patience. (I know he had to explain some features to me more than once). I got a fair deal on my trade in also and the financing and paperwork went smoothly. I had heard good things about Roush and all seemed to be true. I jokingly told Cameron that I would rate him at a two, but he earned every one of those 5 stars. Thanks Cameron! More

LEXY - I initially communicated with her while doing an internet search and she made me Puchased a 2017 Honda Civic EX Turbo. My experience was great. LEXY - I initially communicated with her while doing an internet search and she made me a great offer which was much lower than my local Honda Dealer could match as well as other Honda Dealers. So I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to ROush. SHAWN - The day I came I met with Shawn and was taken care of. I immediately was given a test drive by myself. No pressure etc and I purchased the car. RICH - Went to his finance office and the paperwork was quick again with no pressure to purchase other items. SHAWN - Took his time and explained all the functions on the car and did a follow up and encouraged me to call, email, or text with any questions about the car. Roush also offers a free warranty, yes free. The dealership is very busy but I didn't feel like I was being ignored. Roush is the second biggest Honda Dealer in Ohio so in my opinion they sell enough that they don't need to pressure anyone. I would recommend buying from Roush. My wife wants a CR-V so we'll be back. More
