However, when you go to the dealership, ask for Josie she definitely will make the car buying less stressful, and make you feel like a person, not just a customer! More

We were extremely impressed with Linda's ability to make us feel welcome and introduce us to a new brand of car we did have not previously experienced; she helped us fall in love with the Pilot initially. She was not "pushy" and allowed us time to consider the investment of the purchase even going so far as to set up an appointment with Josie on another day. Josie was upbeat and energetic and answered all of our questions that had arisen in the interim. Together, they demonstrated the team-oriented family-friendliness of the whole dealership. We came to Honda through Consumer Reports and other online reviews (plus family with Honda cars), but we are staying because this is a family-friendly, employee-owned business that offers full-service for the vehicles and customer care for the owners.
