From the very beginning this guy was not personable. I knew it was going to go BAD. Basically we walked in and told him what we were looking for and we test drove a car. We talked about a possible deal but we weren't to happy with the offer and were thinking of some other options. You could tell he didn't want to work with us at all. Didn't smile and seemed bothered we were asking so many questions. He said at one point,"I don't want to waste your time" which what he really meant was he didn't want US wasting HIS time! Thankfully he recommended going to the new dealer side which was like a complete 180 with customer service! Richie and Sam Nhem took amazing care of us and got us a great deal ! Thanks guys! More
