From the time that Jeff contacted me about continuing with the Roush Honda family as my lease ended to signing my leasing paperwork, they provided a costumer-focused experience. Jeff wasn't pushy, but rather listened to what I was looking for and exceeded expectations. I will absolutely go through him again in the future or if we are looking to add to our fleet of Hondas in the family. Also, Karen was fantastic. Efficient, thorough, and a kind personality that makes the entire paperwork process easy . Finally, Casey is a consummate pro. He remembered our conversation from the first time I shopped at Roush (3 years ago) and made it a point to stop by and see me again. Great Job Ray Moore Inquired about a vehicle online and there was a quick response stating that the vehicle was still there. Set up a time frame to come in and look at the vehicle. Sales guy Ray Moore had the vehicle ready and took time to explain the different features of the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and came back in to talk about price. I explained to Mr. Moore that unless he was offering it for free that we would need to go home pray about the purchase and make sure it fit with the budget. Mr. Moore understood and never pressured to purchase the vehicle. We told him we would have an answer by the morning and he placed a hold on the vehicle so no one else could test drive it until we gave him an answer. Mr. Moore actually cared about what was best for our family and we never felt pressured. When it comes to making big purchases and big part of our decision is Customer Service. If i feel pressured or the sales person keeps trying to get us to purchase the day of, then i go somewhere else. I plan on coming back to Roush Honda for our next vehicle and sending others there as well . Great Job :) More

Everyone at the dealership--in service and parts, sales, and finance--has been wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with sales consultant Bill Seibert this time, and we couldn't have been happier. Bill answered all of our questions at the dealership and emailed us with pricing promptly, as we had requested.
