My first was 12 years ago.I was shopping on a very cold and windy day but Josie came out to see if I had any questions. I wasn't sure if I wanted an Accord or a Civic. She went over the difference between the two cars. She had me test drive both and then we sat and talked about my likes and dislikes. I knew I would buy from her because she was so knowledgeable and really wanted me to be happy with my purchase, not just $$ to her. I had used Truecar to look for a car and Roush matched Honda Marysville quote for me. I forget the salesman who I spoke to a day when Josie was off but he took good care of me also. Josie has called and emailed to be sure I am happy and dont have questions. Thanks Jossie!!!! More

I have bought 4 Honda's from Lori Strohofer at Roush since 2011 (a CRV for my son, a Pilot for my wife & two Accords for me), and I live in northern KY. Roush & Lori just happened to have the car I was looking for in 2011. That's how I met Lori, and I've gone back 3 more times. The fact that I will drive 2+ hours to buy a car from Lori at Roush should hopefully say something about my experience with her & this dealership. More
