GREAT experience with Josie I had come in to search for a used/new Honda Civic. Josie helped me greatly, she understood that I would not be buying the day I came in, but coming b I had come in to search for a used/new Honda Civic. She took time out of her schedule that evening to sit down with me, look over all of the numbers for three models of Civics. Josie gave me the worst case scenarios for monthly payments, and we played with the numbers to meet what I could do. We must have sat there for an hour looking at them. Josie also looked at every discount she could to get me the best deal. Although, I did not end up purchasing/leasing from Roush Honda, I would send anyone who is looking for a Honda to Josie. She was patient, understanding, and didn't make me feel like I was just a number. I really appreciate the time she took with me, especially since this would have been my first purchase from an actual dealership and not a "Buy Here Pay Here" lot. Josie is a keeper. More
