He was well informed and politely addressed both my wife's and my concerns and questions. We felt relaxed and never felt even the slightest pressure. Sean was trying to help us with the challenge of buying a new car in a friendly and helpful way. We felt like a friend was guiding us, not someone we met for the first time. We are going back Saturday to do a test drive and hopefully make a decision. More

ANOTHER excellent experience @ Roush Honda I've purchased quite a few Hondas at Roush in the past 20 years. Bob was quick, honest, professional & very transparent throughout the negotiation process, without the high pressure tactics of some other dealers. Our experience there was not pleasant as the wait was long and the sales representative did not appear to very knowledgeable in the cars. My coworkers recommended Roush, and I can now see why. From the minute we walked through the front door, we were greeted with pleasant and eager staff members who wanted to help, but without the pressured sales tactics that we all fear about a car dealership. The facility was clean and well kept. The staff went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. Our salesperson took the time to ask what our goals were for the visit, rather than push his agenda.
