Amazing service from start to finish! My experience at Roush Honda was top-notch from the moment I walked in (even before that if you count when I called to schedule an appointment!). Eve My experience at Roush Honda was top-notch from the moment I walked in (even before that if you count when I called to schedule an appointment!). Everyone was very friendly and ready and willing to cater to my needs. I only had an hour for lunch and one of the first questions my sales consultant Shawn Risner asked me was "how much time do you have today?" That really meant a lot because as a busy working mom, I don't have a lot of time and had been putting off the car-buying process for that reason! He asked me what I hoped to accomplish during that hour's time and he made sure we were able to do just that, all while making sure that we kept an eye on the clock so I wasn't late getting back to work. After making the decision to purchase the vehicle, Shawn was able to work around my schedule and have the car ready for pick-up. My time with the finance department was also first class. Mike Dunlap was efficient and professional. It is so great to have a dealership I can count on and trust, so close to home. If you are considering other dealerships, STOP and come to Roush (and ask for Shawn!). You won't be disappointed. More
Purchase of a 2016 Honda Odyssey For months, in 2015, my husband had been visiting the Roush Honda and looking at vehicles, making notes and all that goes with choosing a vehicle. I For months, in 2015, my husband had been visiting the Roush Honda and looking at vehicles, making notes and all that goes with choosing a vehicle. I was with him at most of those times. Finally, on December 30, 2015 we took that big step. Fred was well acquainted with Lee Cohen, for Lee had answered most of those previous questions. On December 30, 2015 we were introduced to Shawn Risner and completed the paper work, asked more questions, and drove away in our new 2016 Honda Odyssey. Shawn was very personable, and was just the right person to help us. We felt at home with this man, and he remains a friend to this day. Thanks, Shawn. Lee gave us a walk through of the Odyssey dash board - so much to learn. Very patient and a great person to do the final show-and-tell and to patiently answer all those prior questions. We appreciate both of these men and are so glad we have met them, so glad we made the purchase, and we are enjoying the ride. May God bless each of these men.
