It never had major issues and i took good care of it for 14 yrs and it looked like new. Until just 2 months ago, a deer totaled it! I was definitely not ready for a new car, as my little car ran like new! But I remember my awesome dealer from over a decade and went to see him about a new car. So knowledgeable and patient! But keeping my options open, I still looked around at other makes & models and other dealerships for the next 6 weeks! After all, I wanted another car that I was going to enjoy for another 10 + years, right?! But in those 6 weeks I dealt with pushy salesmen, guys who didn't know their cars, high pressure sales, impoliteness, etc. I even went to a dealer ( sold a different make) tell me that he personally drove a Honda! But nothing was calling out to me and i couldn't make up my mind. So finally I gave Bill Seibert a call back. He took the time to address my needs, answer my questions, talk about my price range, and put up with my indecisiveness. And tonight, I drove home in a new white civic exl!!! i am completely happy with my choice, the no-hassle price that I needed, and the service I received!! Thank you Bill!
