We were very happy with the price of our new Dodge Durango and even more pleased with the trade-in value we received for our 2016 Geep Grand Cherokee. thanks to Ryan McDonagh we received an outstanding financing rate and he helped make the paperwork process efficient and painless. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS. Beware if you're trying to buy a car from there. I tried to buy a certified "as they stated" preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday. First, the salesman and managers trying to buy a car from there. I tried to buy a certified "as they stated" preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday. First, the salesman and managers both informed me that the price agreed upon includes a $1900 extended manufacturer bumper to bumper warranty. I got to the point I am signing the papers to find out the warranty as they called it is (an inspection certification) then they lied and said it was a Powertrain warranty that will cover engine and transmission only for 100k miles or 7 years but if I needed the extension bumper to bumper I have to purchase an extra warranty for an additional $3000. I refused the extra warranty and requested them to provide me the proof of the Powertrain warranty and of course they had nothing to prove it. No documentation, nothing. Also, they lied to me about my finance rate from my bank to get me to finance through their dealership bank at 4.7% rate. They told me my bank is at a higher rate. After I left the dealer I called my bank and I had an approval for 2.6% rate. While I was there I was told by two other customers who have purchased cars there that the dealer has the worst reviews and they scammed them on their cars too. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE. I’m no salesman, but one would think that “Internet Sales” would imply: 1) that a sales person would be actually able to assist you with vehicular information over the internet/e-mail and 2) that a sal Sales” would imply: 1) that a sales person would be actually able to assist you with vehicular information over the internet/e-mail and 2) that a sales person wouldn’t just tell you they have the vehicle and to come in if you want more information. Well, it took two business days, multiple emails and multiple texts just to receive a text back from “Evelyn” telling me they had the vehicle. When I requested more information (because the vehicle was not listed in their online inventory), she went MIA. So much for “honoring everyday heroes”. If this is how you conduct business online, then I can assure you that you won’t be getting my business in person. More

The complete incompetence and lack of professionalism from their service department raises concerns on the quality of work being performed on your vehicle. I was told my truck would take UP TO one week to complete the service required once the parts were in. Two and a half weeks later, my truck was still untouched and not one person had the courtesy or responsibility to call and update me on what was going on. They didn't provide a loaner vehicle for the time my truck just sat there, leaving me no choice but to rent a vehicle at my own expense. Once I realized how careless and unconcerned they were with me as a customer, I decided to pick up my truck and stop paying for a rental. I requested to be contacted once the "special" tools needed to perform the service to my truck had arrived, and was assured once again that it would take no longer than 3-4 days to complete the service, since the parts were already there. Here I am over a month later.....still waiting. Glad I didnt hold my breath service team!! More
