Went to see a specific Grand Cherokee Overland. Parking at this dealer is a nightmare. We had to park by parts and leave our key for some attendant dressed in a random hoody to move the car; we wer Parking at this dealer is a nightmare. Made an appointment with someone we spoke to only to be told that was just an internet rep and then got passed off to someone else, so our conversations we had over text meant zero. The $63,000 Grand Cherokee was listed as "new" on their website but when we arrived it had the GM's car seat in it, along with French fries and the accompanying grease on the seat, some personal items, it smelled like men's cologne instead of a new car, and it had 800 miles on it. "Don't worry, they are highway miles, he took it to Tennessee over the holiday." Excuse me, what? They wanted to give us $15,000 for our trade which is the exact number we owed. I showed the CarMax estimate of $19,600 and was told by our salesperson Jeremy "If you can get $19,600 for it from CarMax you should go there." So that's exactly what we did. We left, drove down the road to CarMax and sold it for $19,600. We took our profit to another dealer, where they showed us the same car minus the greasy seats, smelly cologne, and 800 miles for $150 less per month and ended up buying one. We will never go here again to purchase a car. More
