I have NEVER heard of being charged $4,000. To prep a car as pre-certified. I have bought several pre-certified with no fees, maybe if any cost added to price! Who drives almost 4 hours to get a car anymore? ? We DID!!! It was well worth the drive, and we would drive it again to get a vehicle when we eventually decide to trade in my Ram. Thank you Alys ? Horrible service and worst attitude you would get from that place. They never keep their words. My car has been broken for over than 8 months and every time I bring it to them, they make it worse. This manager today told me to take my care and leave just because I was complaining that the loaner car is smaller than mine and it wouldn’t fit my family Never going there again. I will still file complaints with the headquarters. More
