Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, I can only begin to imagine how frustrating this situation is. I have tried calling you a few times, however have been unable to reach you regarding this. After speaking with the manufacturer there is currently a radio glitch that does not have a repair available at this time. That being said, the manufacturer is working on an update to correct this and once it is ready, your vehicle will automatically upload to your vehicle. In the meantime if there is anything else I can assist you with I am always here to help. Thank you for your patience.

The last 2 times i called i did not receive a call back. The second time i spoke to you i was told you gave Cris the message and you assured me he would call. He did not. There are no voice messages or record on my call list that anyone called from your dealership. This experience has been horrible to say the least. I purchased 5 cars from you, two this year, I am very disappointed with how this is being handled.
