Extra Long Wait Time I arrived a little before 10:00 and was driving out a little before 1:00. And my service representative said, “this is a slow day we usually have cars I arrived a little before 10:00 and was driving out a little before 1:00. And my service representative said, “this is a slow day we usually have cars backed up down the street, should have you out in about an hour”. I think my representative wasn’t on point because there were several other clients who entered after me but left before. He needs to follow up on his paperwork. More

Trade in balance NOT PAID Very disappointed with the sales Team Rob and Nachy supervisor from Route 22 Toyota. They offer taking care all payments of my current lease, didn Very disappointed with the sales Team Rob and Nachy supervisor from Route 22 Toyota. They offer taking care all payments of my current lease, didn’t ask for a payout letter to confirm amount due, all the asked was account number from Honda and they was going to take care everything. A month later received a called from Honda to inform my account was past due after returning the car. Very unprofessional to get someone get out of a lease knowing they will not pay off current balance on old lease from competitor Honda. I will sure not recommend anyone to this dealership!!! My next lease will not be a Toyota either. More

The process is typical though, with the people you talk to going behind the curtain to plead with someone who decides the offer, which they bring back to you. Not this dealerships fault but that process is the worst and adds hours to the visit. Only one problem occurred, and it was very frustrating: once the transaction was complete it took more than an hour to get my car. And they kept telling me "just a few minutes more". Apparently the service group fetches the car and was passing bad info. I don't ding my sales team on the review but they need to fix that process. The finance guy who handled my paperwork (the one I sat with) was also great. Overall a good experience inside a process that in desperate need of change. It should take 5+ hours to buy a car. More
