Brand New 2018 Tacoma Trd Sport Purchase Ahmed Sharafeldin & Melissa Marrero are the definition of customer service and customer satisfaction. There was NO PRESSURE with all negotiations being done through emal and phone. Once I responded to pick up my new truck, the time spent doing "paperwork" was very minimal. Another dealer in MORRISTOWN NJ insisted I come in to negotiate and would not entertain any requests or offers. This was even after the initial visit to the dealer where I spent almost 2 hours at this Morristown dealer. Mind you, Rt. 22 Toyota is almost an hour away from my home, compared to a 20min. drive to Morristown. And I would do it again if needed. On another note, Ahmed and Rt.22 Toyota offered free lifetime oil changes. Morristown has no such thing that I am aware of or offered.
