A few bad apples Toyota service is good however, there are a few bad apples such as financial representatives that can potentially ruin the reputation of others. For instance, the Toyota Rep that made me leave the house one evening to fax over specific documents to prove my power of attorney position for my mom when they already had my moms verbal authorization documented in their computer data base from previous phone correspondences. This dealer is a fraud they are so unprofessional Guys beware of this dealer , First of all... they say the Toyota bank approved my credit and after 1 week say they can’t finance for me and try s Guys beware of this dealer , First of all... they say the Toyota bank approved my credit and after 1 week say they can’t finance for me and try santander Bank as the interisting are so hight then the first one and I say I wanna give the car back and they say I can’t ! Second of all... they gave me geico as my insurance and wrote a lot of fake informations about me to try get my insurance cheap to force me bought that car ! After 1 month geico called me to confirm some of informations and I realized they wrote a lot of fake information about me! I’m married and they put divorced I’m a new driver and they say I was driving for 7 years !!!!! I’m going to sue this dealer they are so unprofessional put some fake informations to make my insurance get cheap and make me bought that car !!!!! Don’t trust that place at all!!!!!!! More
