I felt very comfortable whith him and when he asked me the time frame of the purchase, I answered why not now and we closed the deal. He had a good personality, made me feel like we had a bond, he even asked me if I was happy with the sale and if that was exactly what I was looking for. At the end of the sale I meet with the finance manager (Chris guzman) and he went over all of my payment options and all of Toyota products without presure I made an informed descion based off of all the information I was givien.
