Horrible Customer Service After 1.5 hours of waiting, technician stated he didn’t hear any noise when rolling my driver window. I restated to the technician like I told Raul th After 1.5 hours of waiting, technician stated he didn’t hear any noise when rolling my driver window. I restated to the technician like I told Raul that it’s usually when it is very wet like after heavy rain. One would think they would take a water hose and just spray water on the window but in 1.5 hours that didn’t happen. After 1.5 hours, then it was offered to take the panel off and check it. So what was the technician doing all that that. I declined as I had somewhere else to be. The technician was supposed to pull my car up so I could leave and I see him walk outside on his phone walking pass my car. Another worker comes in angry that he has to move my car up not even to me but just so he can pull a truck in. So he jumps in my pulls it up behind another car, gets out and slams my car door very hard but gently closes the truck door. I’m talking to one of the guys who check people in and he is clueless. I had to walk across lanes where cars pull in and pull my own car out and go out of an entrance to get out. What a mess and poor customer service. Disorganized and they don’t listen. For 2 hours nothing was done. Time for a new service center - RIDICULOUS More
