3 hours for oil change and tire rotation!!! Be prepared to sit for hours for just oil change. Also they charge $100 for oil change and tire rotation. I doubt the tire rotation was done. Worst customer service Be careful with this dealer. I told them I would pay for the car with an American Express are and they said there would be a fee which we agreed to. Be careful with this dealer. I told them I would pay for the car with an American Express are and they said there would be a fee which we agreed to. 2 weeks later we get a call saying they were refunding us the money unless we agreed to pay an 8% fee instead of the 3% originally stated. The manager says he wasn’t aware what the fees were. And that I had to either pay cash or another card. The manager lacks knowledge about the products and services they provide. I do not recommend this place. Do yourself a favor. Stay away. More
