Arrogance and lock of customer service After an appointment was made for a safety recall on my sienna I arrived at rt22 dealer service, the attendant was pleasant, told her I was was there After an appointment was made for a safety recall on my sienna I arrived at rt22 dealer service, the attendant was pleasant, told her I was was there for a safety recall and needed a loaner. She said it was fine and to wait on a advisor to call me. Well, this advisor was nothing but arrogant and lock of respect and manners towards the customers. Refuse to provide a loaner as I didn’t have a way to get back home, and Toyota was providing for a loaner. He simply voided and ripped the paper work in front of me. I called Crystal Toyota and made the appointment there. What a difference! Crystal Toyota very profane worthy of the brand while rt22 not even worthy of a used car dealership service, more like a junk yard. Service is terrible. That’s one less car they won’t be servicing ever. More
