Not the same service This is usually a nice place for me. But I had to after several calls from Toyota to make an appt for a recall. I came in time and still waited to be seen initially. Steve was nice. But in the end was not told what they did and for any follow. Also the most upsetting is they did NOT EVEN WASH MY CAR as they did the other customers...is this becuz I was on a recall and NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER????? ALL TOYOTA PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED EQUAL!!!! More

No title Had an appointment for 11:30am to get a re inspection of a recall that was revised at this location a while back (received a flyer in the mail regardi Had an appointment for 11:30am to get a re inspection of a recall that was revised at this location a while back (received a flyer in the mail regarding this re inspection) I got there at 10:15 and was told to have a seat, waited over an hour to be told that the tech was not there to complete the service. Then when we rescheduled another appointment, we Left the office and were given the car keys and I had to look for my car in the parking lot, I’ve had services at the Toyota in route 440 and the staff has always been nice enough to have the car ready for me outside, instead of having me look throughout the parking lot in the cold weather. More
