Bad customer service, bad service over all I went to Toyota because my corolla had an air bag recall. I left the car there for three hours and they never called me to let me know that the work I went to Toyota because my corolla had an air bag recall. I left the car there for three hours and they never called me to let me know that the work was done. I went back after 3.5 hours and the car was done (they never called me). When I got inside the car I noticed that the radio wasn't working. I went back to the service associate an he said that they will check if the work performed has anything to do with the radio. They made me wait there other 2 hours to tell me that the technician wasn't there. He asked me to come back the day after, but I requested to leave the car there and wait for their call when the car was ready, He called me back the day after about 12pm to tell me that I have to pay $240 for the evaluation. Worse service ever!! More

The go to guys! I made the mistake of buying from a different dealer just because it was closer. (Dont go to sansone ever). I also gave them a try, servicing my camry which was purchased at route 22 toyota. (Again dont go to sansone ever for service either). I learned the hard way but route 22 will always have my business. I take the extra drive knowing that they are going to treat me with respect and in a timely fashion. plus my kids like the playroom in the waiting area. Milton Crooks is my guy!
