This service center delivers what they promise you. My experience so far has been a complete 360 from the meek and disappointing experience I was accustom to at Toyota Universe service center located on My experience so far has been a complete 360 from the meek and disappointing experience I was accustom to at Toyota Universe service center located on RT 46 in NJ. Toyota on RT 46 would take my vehicle in for repair, 2-3 days I would not here a peep on my vehicle status. I would then call, no one would have a clue who I am or what I’m talking about? When I finally received my vehicle back, there lays someone food and beverage in my vehicle as well as the tools that was use to make repairs. My hood on my vehicle is now broken so I have to bring my truck back again so they could repair at they’re expense. This was one of many incidents I experienced at this location. My experience at this Toyota service center I would describe, “Excellent”. For example: I call to set up a appointment, I bring my vehicle in and someone consult with me immediately. They diagnosed my vehicle within a couple of hours. Provide me with a loner vehicle while they make repairs. After repairs are done, they notified me. I pick my vehicle up with no hidden surprises such as food and beverages in my vehicle or no new repair discover because someone at the service center broke it and tried to hid it. I make payment on my invoice and my car and myself live happily ever after. Simplicity, is a beautiful thing! I would recommend this service center to anyone my eyes could lay sight on. Even if your not driving a toyota! Thank you team! More

Everyone I dealt with was wonderful! I love the way the service advisor and technician showed me what was wrong with my car and made sure I understood how they would fix it and how long t I love the way the service advisor and technician showed me what was wrong with my car and made sure I understood how they would fix it and how long they expected it to take. They also updated me when there was a change due to parts delivery issues. I really appreciated the loaner car. With 3 kids, a loaner is a must! More
