Everyone I dealt with was wonderful! I love the way the service advisor and technician showed me what was wrong with my car and made sure I understood how they would fix it and how long t I love the way the service advisor and technician showed me what was wrong with my car and made sure I understood how they would fix it and how long they expected it to take. They also updated me when there was a change due to parts delivery issues. I really appreciated the loaner car. With 3 kids, a loaner is a must! More

Unexpected services!!! I came for an oil change and they saw a broken hose where antifreeze was spraying...I did not notice and the care manager Steve relayed he could not l I came for an oil change and they saw a broken hose where antifreeze was spraying...I did not notice and the care manager Steve relayed he could not let me leave with such a serious issue and I am glad. Condescending The service person was condescending about the extra charges for the 15,000 service. He kept saying “ everyone pays for service” like I was trying to The service person was condescending about the extra charges for the 15,000 service. He kept saying “ everyone pays for service” like I was trying to get away with something. We were not told there were extra services required to keep our warranty that were not covered by Toyota’s “free two year maintenance “. Not when we bought the car nor when we made the appointment, and not on the two previous times we brought our car for “free” maintenance at this service center. The service person ,Veli was not available to speak to me and when I was told he would take my call I got voicemail. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not available. I had to call back 6 times and was on the phone for mare than a half hour. I will not return to this service center. More
