They gave me a price that was around my budget, told me to come back the next day to do all the paperwork with my parents. I explained to the dealer Moe, and the MANAGER who was present as well that both my parents worked the next day, and that only if they where serious about the price than I can bring them in. both the dealer and the MANAGER, told me that they promise me it will be the number they gave me or less no matter what. The next day I asked my parents to take off of work to come in with me which they did. When we got there the dealer told me he was busy with someone else. so that he will set me up with another dealer. Right off the bat they raised their monthly price by 200 dollars!! and the down payment by 3,000 dollars! They told me there is no way that they can do the numbers they gave me. THE OTHER DEALERS AROUND EVEN ADMITTED TO ME THAT THEY ARE TRAINED TO GIVE FALSE PRICES AND HOPE TO CUSTOMERS SO THAT THEY COME IN. If the own employees admit this to me than it just goes to show that this dealership is up to no good. I have picture and screen shot proof about them doing this to me. I am going to submit this to the news, and I suggest everyone who was cheated and lied to by this dealership do the same. Not only is the dealer a Liar and a cheat but, his MANAGER is as well. so you can only imagine what kind of training he gives to the rest of the dealers there. I am going to make sure no one that I know goes to this place ever again. This lady that is responding to all the reviews that says to call her never answers her phone and when you leave your name and number for her to call you back she never does give you a call back. I HAD TO BUY A NEW TIRE BECAUSE THE TIRE WAS DRY ROTTED & BLEW OUT...THE DETAIL PEOPLE PUT A BIG SCRATCH ON MY TRUNK & THEN TRIED TO PAINT OVER IT, BUT I DIDN'T NOTICE IT TILL A WK LATER BECAUSE I NEVER WENT TO THE TRUNK FOR ANYTHING BUT THAT EXPLAINED WHY THERE WAS WHITE PAINT IN MY BACK SEAT. NOW IT'S IN THE SHOP BECAUSE OT NEEDS A NEW TRANS & IT HAS LESS THAN 31,000 MILES ON IT...A LEMON FOR SURE. WORSE ORDEAL IN MY LIFE...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.👎👎👎 I brought a car from this place 4 months ago & I feel they sold me a lemon. It was suppose to ne a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle with a spectacular car fax, NOT!!! After taking my car on a trip to Va., immediately after pulling into the drve way & backing out, the car cut off on me 3 times. I thought it was just because of the long drive, etc. Well, the next day it did the same thing so, I called this place, where I purchased my car & I was told to take it to the nearest Nissan place & I did. I was informed there was a recall on the TCM (transmission control module) problem solved, NO, it kept stallung & turning off at every stop & wouldn't pull a hill. I took it back & 3 hrs later I was told I needed a new trans., imagine that, a new car that I just bought with a clean fax, Certified Pre- Owned, serviced, etc. So, I call this place again & inform them & was told that the service manager there was going to call Va because it sounded fishy & there's no way it could be the trans. Well needless to say they never called my car was in the shop 2 days of my wknd & I was furious. But God...I got up the next morning & prayed went & got my car & Prayed all the way back to Jersey. Called this place for service because I told them everything & how it was missing & stalling. I was given an appt for today but on Sat I smelled something burning on the car & the engine light came on. Took it for a diagnostic read out & it was the torque converter clutch. I called this place & I told them I was on my way there & when I got there, I was told to get in a line & wait, I did for almost 30 min & then was told to take it to the Nissan place so I did & yes I was furious. My car is now at the Nissan dealer & guess what...it needs a new trans., so the people at Valley Nidsan in Va were not trying to get over on me because I was from out of state, the only people who have gotten over on me is this place & trust me it is not over because God is my adversary & He will fight all my battles. I'll Never trust them again. More
