I leased a car there 3 years ago and got a letter for an early lease termination. I decided to stop by with my husband to check it out and they offered to buy my last 4 lease payments. My husband and I addressed that I had lost one car key and there was a little scratch by the passenger door. The sales man told us the car has been inspected and Iwill not be a problem . We closed the deal for a 2017 grand Cherokee Laredo and drove home. The new car.The next 2 days our nightmare would start. The sales man kept calling us saying that we will receive a bill for the key and whatever they found in the car. My husband and I were so upset that we went back 3 days later and canceled everything. Never ever they will see us again. So disrespectful and unprofessional people. Totally ripped off. IF you want to be deceived go over there. Horrible experience. They lost a very good customer with credit score 815. More
