Very bad experience with both sales and service. I came into the dealership intentionally to get my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited repaired. I was lured in by a salesperson and ended up purchasing a used into the dealership intentionally to get my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited repaired. I was lured in by a salesperson and ended up purchasing a used 2008 Nissan Altima coupe and used my paid off 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee as a trade (they only gave me $3500 for it and they wanted me to put down $1000 cash more). They "spotted" me the new car and took my truck which they sold at an auction 4 days later. I noticed the car kept making a noise when I would drive. I took it back to service a total of 3 times and all 3 times they could not find anything wrong with it. One morning the noise got 100 times worse and so I decided to take it to the dealership for the 4th time. On my way to the dealership, I was in the middle lane of the parkway and the front drivers side wheel (yes wheel....rim included) came off. I almost caused a 5 car collision and could have killed myself or someone else. The car was towed and the dealership gave me another car..same exact make and model but with less miles and the salesperson tried to keep everything hushed. I received the second car on March 20, 2012. Today, I found out that could not get approved from the bank and they are willing to give me back what they valued my truck at but thy have to charge me $18.95 a day for the usage of the car. I am so disgusted with this place. he people there are unethical and rude. I took my car to service 4 times for the same problem. The finance manager HECTOR VEGA IS A JERK-OFF and the most rude and repelling individual in the whole dealership. He is a narcissistic pig and too belligerent to be working with people. I feel like those people are quick to make a sale and then try to cover their behinds by screwing the customer over. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! More

The dealer was a long drive from where I live, but appeared to have the best selection of Wranglers in the NYC area. I found 2 vehicles I was interested in, and drove over. I could not decide on a color so, at my request, he brought both vehicles to the front and parked them side by side so I could make a choice. He answered my questions fully. The deal we agreed to was excellent, including an upgrade to 17 inch wheels and tires at no charge. They valued my trade fairly. The only bad experience was with the business office. The sales form had a preprinted $299 charge for window etching. I was able to have this removed. I did not, however, catch a $770.00 destination charge which duplicates the sticker $900.00 destination charge until the deal was done and I was home. Their processing fee of $299.00 is high. Without the duplicate destination charge I would have gotten an excellent deal. Because I was not careful enough, I instead got only a good deal, and so what would have been a superb buying experience is now somewhat soured. Buyer beware. More

Marisol worked wonders when no other dealers would have anything to do with us! She got us into a new Jeep Liberty 4x4! The wife and I love it! So far so good with Dave and the service department when I b anything to do with us! She got us into a new Jeep Liberty 4x4! The wife and I love it! Dec 25-2012 my wife & i are looking to upgrade so we stopped by 46.salesman was cool n friendly n took his time with us.everything was cool til a few weeks later when i get phonecalls how theres a mista stopped by 46.salesman was cool n friendly n took his time with us.everything was cool til a few weeks later when i get phonecalls how theres a mistake in deal.turns out my 1.9 percent was cool in order to buy the car but afterwards its not.manager tells me i have all rights not to re do contract but he has all rights to reposses my vehicle.so im stuck btwn a rock n hard place cause i dont wanna mess up my credit by a repo.also my trade in will b lost plus cash for down..so now its from 1.9- a 3.9.wich is still not bad but its not how buisness is done.they should of took a $1,000. Lost there n not another sale lost in future..also salesman offered me matts for suv .said he'll call when the order is in.til this day im waiting.tho i asked the manager( hector vega) bout it n his reply was the dont give matts for a used vehicle.my reply was ( so 189 miles pn a 2012 durango is used??? he said or new vehicles...thy nice to u until u sign then its like whatever..but my exp is all dealers are the same..ohh & the gerry dude would do beggin gestures to my wife when i would tirn around as to say plz talk him n2 buying..she( my wife) is in my team, not theirs..it started good then it went downhill.way downhill.i love the truck justnot the buisness..i can go on about the finance when i called ally financing bit u get the point..
