When my family and I went, Mr. Harney took some time to show and explain different vehicles by Jeep to make it easier for us to decide which people. Not once, did people at this dealership expected us to make a deal that same day. They were extremely honest and answered any questions we had. They understand that purchasing a car is a big deal and let the customer decide what they would like to do. There is also a manager, whose name is Dave, and he is extremely understanding and tried to get us the best deal. Bait and Switch is Alive and Well on Route 46! Do yourself a favor and read all of these reviews, read the ones on Yelp and Google then take your business elsewhere. I wish we had done that. Today we drove 4 hours to test drive and buy a specific used Pacifica, which I was told by Karrie Neurauter was in stock and on the lot. Told to ask for Mike. When we got there--neither Mike nor Karrie were anywhere to be found. Instead, we got Bob. Suddenly, the car was "already being test driven" be someone else, who had come back for the second time today. Why didn't Karrie tell us yesterday that the car was probably sold rather than waste our time and gas money? Proceeded to get the run around for another 45 minutes, then suddenly they wanted us to test drive another car. No dice. We left. Clearly the original Pacifica was never available and this was a bait and switch. Obviously they care nothing about COVID because there were multiple people in the showroom not wearing masks, and if they really gave a xxxx they would get people in and out as soon as possible. I thought car dealership tactics had evolved, but clearly this dealership is stuck in their old ways. Now that I've read through all the reviews and mentions of excessive fees, etc. it's probably a blessing in disguise. No respect for people's time, money or health. You guys deserve to go out of business. And Jamie Rusignuolo--don't bother leaving me any note to contact you. You see the reviews--fix the problems at your dealership. More

Poor service I came to this dealership because I am in need of a car. When I walked in I did not realize that this dealership was in connection with Rt 46 Nissan u I came to this dealership because I am in need of a car. When I walked in I did not realize that this dealership was in connection with Rt 46 Nissan until I saw the red sign which said 100% satisfied with Mr Tackett and Mr Espisito's pic on it. I still stayed in the hopes that my experience here would be better that my experience at 46 Nissan. The receptionist asked me what I was there looking for. I told her I was interested in a Dodge Journey and I showed her the truck I found on the dealer website. She then said give me a minute let me get you someone. She got me a sales rep who, again, got the key, gave it to me and told me it was "back there" and pointed to the back of the lot. I went and looked at it again left. Where is the customer service? Why aren't you, the sales rep, walking me to the car and providing me with more information? Is it because I am a woman? Is it because I am an African American women? I don't know what to believe since I received poor service at both locations. I, AGAIN, called the number for the president and the vice president and still, days later, and I mean days later, I received NO CALL from them. Needless to say, I DON"T recommend these dealerships.
