Poor service I came to this dealership because I am in need of a car. When I walked in I did not realize that this dealership was in connection with Rt 46 Nissan u I came to this dealership because I am in need of a car. When I walked in I did not realize that this dealership was in connection with Rt 46 Nissan until I saw the red sign which said 100% satisfied with Mr Tackett and Mr Espisito's pic on it. I still stayed in the hopes that my experience here would be better that my experience at 46 Nissan. The receptionist asked me what I was there looking for. I told her I was interested in a Dodge Journey and I showed her the truck I found on the dealer website. She then said give me a minute let me get you someone. She got me a sales rep who, again, got the key, gave it to me and told me it was "back there" and pointed to the back of the lot. I went and looked at it again left. Where is the customer service? Why aren't you, the sales rep, walking me to the car and providing me with more information? Is it because I am a woman? Is it because I am an African American women? I don't know what to believe since I received poor service at both locations. I, AGAIN, called the number for the president and the vice president and still, days later, and I mean days later, I received NO CALL from them. Needless to say, I DON"T recommend these dealerships. More

Quite possibly the worst salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I decided against buying a car from his Jeep dealership on RT 46 because of Gabriel’s poor salesmanship. This gentleman constantly spoke over u with. I decided against buying a car from his Jeep dealership on RT 46 because of Gabriel’s poor salesmanship. Classic bait and switch. Went to see an advertised used Jeep Wrangler with low miles and was told the day before was in stock. No excuse for this, I made an appointment to see the vehicle and they never called me to tell me the vehicle was (yeah right) sold the evening before. This place is a disgrace! Agreed to their advertised price for a 2018 CPO Wrangler. When the purchase contract came, they had added another $1,995 for the certification. I asked Sterling why and his response was, "Internet sale price is for the cost of the vehicle only. The 7 year 100k mile factory CPO is $1,995." Don't know how you can advertise a car as a certified pre-owned vehicle for a specific price, agree to sell it for that price and then try to gouge the customer for another $1,995 and think that's ok. Save yourself some time and trouble and go elsewhere. Ethics and transparency are not some of their strong points. More
