I purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Beyer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Wednesday 5/16/2020 at or around 2:30pm. I immediately drove the new vehicle to Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's Service Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Wednesday 5/16/2020 at or around 2:30pm. I immediately drove the new vehicle to Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's Service Department. I arrived the same day at or around 3pm. I drove the new Jeep less than 10 miles. I was having the Service Dept at Rt 46 Jeep install a Mopar Life, Steering Stabilizer as well mount and balance 5 new tires on my existing OEM wheels. They worked on the Jeep Thursday and Friday. I was contacted on Saturday stating my new Jeep would be ready for pickup at 3pm. At 1:30pm that same day I received another call from the Service Department stating my new Jeep had been in an accident. The Service personnel that was working on my car took it for a test drive and crashed it into a Car loading truck outside of the dealership. The Service Manager informed me that the front axle was cracked but would not know the full extent of the damage until they got it on the lift. I tried to contact the Owner on Monday and Tuesday but have yet to receive a response. I was told by the Sales Department that the best they could do is for me to trade the car in for 2/3 the cost or 36k toward a new vehicle which would increase my monthly payment. I paid 51k(minus incentives and trade in) for this Jeep and when asked why the depreciation they said because it had been in an accident. Yes, the very accident the Dealership caused. My compliant is I've owned this vehicle for less than an hour and only drove it from the Sales department of one dealership to the service department of another. A less than 10-mile trip. Only to be the victim of this current situation. The dealership would like for me to trade it in at a depreciated price toward a new Jeep on their lot. Or, have their insurance company pay for the cost of the repairs. The vehicle would now have a VIN that has an accident reported on it with damage. The extent of the damage they claim won't be known as they would not report it to Carfax which seems unethical. More
Darren Katz was awesome, he took his time and made the deal happen. Courteous, friendly. Professional, an overall great guy. Did not take no for an answer he certainly made it happen. Stay far away from these people. Kept getting calls from them and asked it to stop so the salesman cursed me off. Mike Markoski the manager then called me back and tried defending his employee. He is anothe them and asked it to stop so the salesman cursed me off. Mike Markoski the manager then called me back and tried defending his employee. He is another loose cannon and got mean fast. Don't waste your time when you get a reply on here from Jamie. She is just one angry lady who will just laugh at you. This dealership is bad to say the least. More

Working with Nick was easily the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I'm a huge car buff. I've had 6 new cars across 2 brands in 12 years and am pretty well versed in how the whole car salesman negotiation and process goes. Let me just say this... this dealership is the low in 12 years and am pretty well versed in how the whole car salesman negotiation and process goes. Let me just say this... this dealership is the lowest of the low. So here is the story... Came down in person and spent an hour with a salesman named Nick where we worked out a deal for a new Jeep. Filled out the credit application and even put $2000 down in good faith to hold the vehicle so myself and my fiance could come back the next day to finalize. Awesome! The next day (today) I get a text from Nick asking if we would still be coming down to pick up the vehicle. Told him yes then gave him a heads up when we were 30 minutes away. Walked into the dealership to be told "sorry the deal I gave you yesterday can't be honored" based off an admitted "wrong assumption" on his end regarding some rebate he could no longer apply. He was with a customer and couldn't give me any more of his time in that moment so I asked to speak to the manager, Mike. Mike came over and told me the same thing then proceeded to tell me if I give them an additional $1000 it could offset the difference. I'm a numbers person and reminding him of where we originally started at the first price their online sales department gave me that this made zero sense. He would not work with me or honor what they promised me at all. Zero wiggle room unless I gave them more money. Not even an apology for wasting my time or for failing to call me in advance to brace me with this news. I was furious at this point and demanded my money to be returned to me (yes, made a little bit of a scene in the process too because I was absolutely baffled with how disgusting their business practice was and the treatment I was receiving-- I'm actually quite reasonable). In car sales there are ALWAYS deals that can be arranged. They 100% could have still honored the price they gave me yesterday or at least had the courtesy to call me in advance to admit their error. This was a sleazy tactic in hopes that after taking so much of my time with 2 visits that I would eventually just give in because I was already there. No thank you! Take your business elsewhere. These guys and this dealership are truly disgusting. More
The worst dealership in the universe;I wish I was exaggerating.Every good survey here is artificial.Caveat Emptor-you have been warned. It amazes me that the State of N.J. hasn't shut this place down, exaggerating.Every good survey here is artificial.Caveat Emptor-you have been warned. It amazes me that the State of N.J. hasn't shut this place down, shame on them. Horrible service horrible service advisor David Fresco has a very nasty attitude this was my first time there and I will never go again advise everyone to stay away from the service department they have n has a very nasty attitude this was my first time there and I will never go again advise everyone to stay away from the service department they have no customer service skills. He’s very short with you and the receptionist that answered the phones your attitude isn’t any better. They give you an appointment and then your car sits for days before it’s diagnosed and then David has the nerve to have an attitude when you called in to check on your car that was my first time going there and I will never ever ever go again nor do I advise anyone to he also hung up on me when I ask for the name of his boss. If you can’t handle his job he needs to quit Needless to say I wasted three days and my car still wasn’t looked at so I came and picked it up I left a message for the manager Phil so let’s see how that works out if he gives me a call back More
