Waste of time. Don't go in for a deal. Went in to purchase a vehicle and let extremely offended and pissed off. A car that has been sitting in their storage facility because it isn't sellin Went in to purchase a vehicle and let extremely offended and pissed off. A car that has been sitting in their storage facility because it isn't selling for over 127 days. When I go to negotiate the manager basically tells me I'm an idiot for trying to get the at a lower listing price. Meanwhile the car is a year old and has 8k miles on it and again isn't selling oh and there is another year old brand new Durango sitting on the show room floor again clearly not selling. He is extremely confrontational and needs a lesson in selling a car. To think I was going to buy a car from these guys and also refer my dad who is in the market for a pick up. Guess it won't be a Dodge. Hope the general manager of this place sees this because you seriously need to fire this guy. He did all this in front of other customers as well. Horrible way to treat a customer who would have potentially purchased a 50k car that has been sitting for half a year. Good luck Dodge of Rockaway. More

We had been to other dealerships and had less than fulfilling interactions - it seemed no one wanted to work with us since we weren't 100% sure about what we wanted! Wesley, our salesman at Route 46 Jeep, listened to our needs and wants and hustled to find cars that he thought would be good for our family. He was terrific and we left with a car that day! Afternoon , they called me 7:30am Mon. trying to up sell me a radiator flush, said no, told them I’ll pick truck up at 4. Told that would be fine, called at 1:45 to check on it and was told they were working on it as we spoke and it would be done by 4. My wife left work an hr. Early to take me to pick it up, at 4:15 as we’re just about there , get a call that it’s not ready come pick it up on tues. REALLY!! Got here and told truck WASN’T EVEN TOUCHED! Not even oil change! Went ballistic , STAY AWAY from this place , EVERY TIME I come here it’s a disaster! More
