Customer Service is insane!! I purchased my first Jeep from a dealership that was just horrible. From customer service to really lousy staff and almost made me not want another Je I purchased my first Jeep from a dealership that was just horrible. From customer service to really lousy staff and almost made me not want another Jeep, but I love a Jeep and decided to head out to Route 46 Chrysler, Jeep and Doge in Little Falls New Jersey and they wert amazing!! I was introduced to a salesman named Sean Duffy and he ran with it. I knew exactly what I wanted and he found it in 45 min. The deals were great that day an I walked in there knowing what I wanted to put down and where I wanted my payment. They nailed it!!!! Sean worked so quickly getting me set up in this vehicle and there was no hard sell on any extras!!! The whole staff was helping when he got caught up with other customers. It really was like being part of the family. Staff is friendly, helpful and the energy was just great in the showroom. I will always do business with them as long as I am driving a Jeep. Great Jeep Experience I originally went to a Jeep dealership in Cherry Hill, NJ. Not only did he take me seriously but he wasn’t just trying to sell me a car. We had casual conversations which made me not feel pressured to buy a car. I’m 24 and this is my first experience buying a car. No question was a stupid question! Gabe explained everything slowly and did not try to sell me or trick me into anything I didn’t need/ want. I got a great deal on a a pretty loaded lease for a 2018 Jeep Compass. GABE MAKES DREAMS COME TO LIFE!!!! More

This is after bringing my vehicle in for rear wheel brake service and tire rotation at RT 46 Jeep in Little Falls. Several days later and many messages left for the service manager and not a word from these idiots. Clearly they're not interested in the safety and well being of their customers. DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE OR THE LIVES OF YOUR PASSENGERS! You could literally DIE and Cause the death of others if you take your vehicle to be serviced at this joke of a service department. I am issuing a formal complaint to Jeep and the transportation department agains these clowns and HIGHLY recommend that if yo've had the misfortune of bring your vehicle to RT 46 Jeep in Little Falls, NJ, promptly bring it to a REAL mechanic and professional to inspect the work. Don't risk your life! More

He knew what my budget was and he did all he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted which I thought was very fair. I also traded in my wife's Grand Cherokee and was able to get the same car at the same price I was paying for that lease. The whole experience was great everything to the sales and negotiation and also the time spent with Financing. I plan to return with my son in a few months when his lease comes due. More
