Fast forward three years... lease return is inefficient. Returned car late January. Car wasn’t picked up until mid February to get returned to the bank. I got stuck with the insurance while it sat on jeeps lot. Lease return never calls back. Will never buy here again. More

Very poor customer service Today, 2/19/18 I sent 2 internet requests on a 2018 Grand Cherokee SRT8. I didn’t hear from anybody at the dealership. I then decided to call. I explained to him that I have a 2016 Grand Cherokee from them (he looked up my file and found it) and am looking to move into this vehicle. I explained that I have a 3.5 week old child at home and need to do some legwork over the phone before coming in. Having spoken to 2 other dealers today I know this is very possible. Rudy would not discuss any numbers or details with me without me physically coming into the dealership. In 2018 it is usually very easy to do most of the legwork over the phone. I just did this on a Ford F-250 less than a month ago and the transaction was extremely smooth. I am very disappointed in this attitude and would not recommend anyone do business here. More

Stay Away!! False Advertising Where do I start with this crooked dealership. I had called and made an appt to drive one of their pre owned cars. The ad in the paper and on Carguru Where do I start with this crooked dealership. I had called and made an appt to drive one of their pre owned cars. The ad in the paper and on Carguru stated the car was 9,999. We drove an hour to the dealership. When I walked in they told me the car was moved to their “sister” dealership up the street. We went to that dealership and I drove the car. When it came to make the deal the “manager” George came out and said the price of the car was made by the sister dealership down the road and they couldn’t honor it. Told me car was now 2000 more. After fighting with him stating false advertising etc. he then came up with a new story that we had to be a prior customer to get that price. I am in contact with my lawyer, the corporate office and the better business bureau. Bad business. False advertising! I still have the ad showing nothing about being a prior customer. Stay away! They are crooked! More

WASTE OF TIME! Horrible is an understatement. Spent all day at the dealership trying to get a new car and they couldn’t give me an answer. Sent my credit report to 8 Horrible is an understatement. Spent all day at the dealership trying to get a new car and they couldn’t give me an answer. Sent my credit report to 8 banks which caused my score to obv drop! Was told I would get a call Monday morning and of course no one called. I gave up after calling over and over again and never being able to speak to the salesman or even a mgr. Unreal...took my business to Salerno Duane in summit. WAY more professional and no run around nonsense. More

Gabe was so patient and lovely to deal with and really worked with me to get the best deal for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee while helping to entertain my 3 year old at the same time:). I went back 2 days later to pick up slush mats and he happily offered to install them for me too. I would recommend him and Rt 46 to my friends and family and I appreciate everyone being so kind and helpful. More
