In September I leased my second Sentra there and Rick was an amazing salesman to work with. He is so patience and very respected person knowing what vehicle and deal I wanted. The service is very bad, I purchased a Nissan Leaf 2021 form here and it broke down twice in 2 months. The second time it was in service for a month. At the time of the purchase the ev salesman(the only on form here and it broke down twice in 2 months. The second time it was in service for a month. At the time of the purchase the ev salesman(the only one guy that deals with ev cars) promised many things but did not deliver at all. The worst experience ever More

BE AWARE ROBBED! !! I called in to come in and buy out my lease, Bret Shellhammer told me to come in the switch is super easy and fast. When I got there I spent FIVE !! When I got there I spent FIVE HOURS fighting them to NOT CHARGE ME FOUR thousand dollars for warranty . They we’re trying to convince me that I cannot buy this car without paying 4 extra thousand trying to negotiate until I said I will absolutely NOT buy it . Once that happened I was told ok but there is a fee that we have to charge as the Nissan dealer ship which is 3 thousand dollars and that fee is unavoidable . This was Approved BY SKYLER MILLER . After being there all day I ended up signing the paper work. OVERPAYING over 3500 dollars . Only to find out that they sold me my own car as a used car for more money. Instead of paying the 14000 that I was supped to pay I ended up paying over 19,000 !!!! When I was leaving messages and calling people at Nissan 46 no one called me back. Even the GENERAL MANAGER MICHAEL CIBELIS didn’t bother calling back . AFTER READIng MULTIPLE REVIEWS I SAW I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY DID THIS TO! ESPECIALLY AFTER BEING AFFECTED BY COVID AND WORKING COUNTLESS HOURS TO SURVIVE IM EXTREMELY UPSET AND GUTTED BY THIS SITUATION HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL READ THIS AND ABOID THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP!!!!!!
