I went to see an advertised used Nissan (certified) that I was ready to purchase that night. The advertised price was 20k. An email indicated taxes and licensing fees were excluded (nothing else) But in the test drive I was told $800 would be added for "documentation", (okay. fine) But then another $2,000 for (I don't remember what) and here's the kicker--the CERTIFICATION COST WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE--ANOTHER $4,000! In my 15 minute "negotiation" with "the manager" the drive-away price was never quoted though I asked for it I was told I could not put more than $10k in cash if I wanted "the price". I kept being given the monthly payment without an interest rate or the car's real final price. (REALLY?) I had spent an hour getting to this dealership. I don't recommend it. I'm a woman and went alone. I don't want to believe in 2023 that made a difference in how dumb they thought I would be or that I wouldn't want the answers I received over the phone to hold, or that I wouldn't want to know the real price, but it was a very distasteful experience. Afterward I realized that the front line salesman was uncomfortable during the test drive when I repeated to him what I was told on the phone and what my expectations were. It was a total and utter waste of time. More

We did not haggle on the listed price, and asked for less than 10% more on a trade-in which was easily agreed to. Then came the “optional” extended warranty, which Nissan calls a Certified Warranty. They would budge, they discounted the price of the warranty repeatedly. Then when we still refused, they insisted we pay an extra to “recoup the cost of the certification”. We walked away, furious. Do not waste your time, unless you are ready to pay $1,000 above the listed price. More

I was set to buy my vehicle then was told by the Sales Manager Bernard that I could not purchase the vehicle if I continued to decline the Warranty which was priced from $1500 to $4000. I have reached out to the dealer multiple times with no response and corporate says there is nothing they can do because it isn’t a Nissan warranty but third party. I was pretty much forced to pay 2500 for a warranty to buy the automobile (they said I needed to pay for warranty or wouldn’t sell to me) and now no one is helping me to know how to fix the issues. Definitely will not ever go back to Nissan More
