I would avoid this dealership if possible. They were advertising a 2017 Maxima for $18,495. I went in for a test drive yesterday and sat down to talk numbers after. Even though their website explicitly advertising a 2017 Maxima for $18,495. I went in for a test drive yesterday and sat down to talk numbers after. Even though their website explicitly says “NO HIDDEN FEES” and the car price page specifically said “ Price includes all costs to be paid by consumer, except for licensing costs, registration fees, and taxes.” I was immediately charged over $3,000 in extra fees. I was offered an absolutely terrible deal/price. Then, when I checked online today, they had already bumped up the posted price of the Maxima only up to 19,495. An additional thousand dollars after I had shown interest in the car. Whatever price you see posted online is a complete lie to get you through the door. Expect thousands of dollars in hidden fees and shady business practices if you shop here. I’m considering filing a complaint with the FTC. More

I’m from NYC. I bought a used Nissan on 6/6/20. I was forced to buy a warranty and pay for new plates. As of 7-28 still waiting for new plates. I cannot reach Nick or Sammy. After having spent an entire day signing up for warranties and what not I finally had to pick up my plates. Unfortunately when I got there I noticed my rear tire was flat. I have the warranties [ warranties and what not I finally had to pick up my plates. Unfortunately when I got there I noticed my rear tire was flat. I have the warranties [bumper to bumper, wheels and tires, road assist etc] and when i inquired with the service department they gave me a very hard time. I asked if they could just assist with putting on the spare and we could set up a service appointment later. The gentleman told me that bc i bought used the service could not be covered. I informed him that i had the coverages he then ignored my contract and asked for the registration. He came back and said i did not have coverage and I could not use the warranty that i clearly had paperwork for. He then made a big deal about helping with the spare. I finally asked if i should just call the roadside assistance number, mind you I AM AT THE DEALER, he then walked away and told his guys to put on the spare but would not be able to do anything about the tire. I just pulled into Riverside Nissan in Hackensack and they set up an appointment for me with no issue at all. Again BUYER BEWARE! More
This dealership is unprofessional, I purchased a car at the beginning of June and it had some major cosmetic repairs that needed to be done, after a MONTH i was able to bring it in. It took them 6 hours to the beginning of June and it had some major cosmetic repairs that needed to be done, after a MONTH i was able to bring it in. It took them 6 hours to do an oil change and to change the air filters! 6 HOURS! Then they proceeded to tell me that they are going to keep the car over night because they didn’t have the right parts. Ok whatever. I get my car and everything seems good until I get home and really check it out. I wanted them to change the air filters because my A/C had a funky smell. Hmm I don’t think they did a xxxx thing because it still smells like sweaty socks and vinegar. I was also promised that I would get a full detail inside and out when I purchased the car, LOL I could of done a better job myself. Looks like they hosed down my car and nothing was done to clean the inside. I call and call to try and talk to a manager or someone higher up and it seems like they never work because I always get put to voicemail. What a joke, I will never be doing business with this dealership ever again. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!! More
Since my car is leased through this dealership I continue to get my oil changes through them. My car has a flapping noise and the brakes are squeaking when there is moisture so I explained that over the pho to get my oil changes through them. When scheduling the appointment I explained my discomfort with sitting in their waiting room during an oil change. They told me I would be given a rental car while the car was looked at so that I could still be comfortable. Once I got here they refused to give me a rental unless I pay them $45/day. I am now sitting in their waiting room (very uncomfortably) where every chair is open and there are no signs about social distancing or mask usage. I AM DONE. Not to mention there is an employee walking around back with a mask that isn’t even covering her nose. My business is going elsewhere after this. More

I then call a few weeks later and ask about my plates I’m then told that I have to put down another 1000 on top of the 2000 I put down. S Ramos says he told me when he did not. I have yet to get my permanent plates I purchased my car the end of April. When I spoke with S Ramos he said he would handle my plates. I have yet to get them.. if plates aren’t received soon I will open a whole can of worms that Nissan does not want.. More
