I leased a vehicle from John Magginnis 2 years ago. It was a great experience. Since then I have had nothing but negative experiences. The service department is garbage. My grandfather is due for a renewal on his lease in the next two months. Since I had a great experience two years ago I referred him to this dealership. I had reached out earlier today and spoke with Anthony Velez many times via e-mail and phone. He "spoke with manager" and got us the deal we wanted on a new Nissan Rogue. Everything was in writing via e-mail. I explained to him that since we are in the middle of a global pandemic, I do not want my grandfather to go there and then he is told something else. He assured me this would not be the case and what he told me would be the deal my grandfather would get. My grandfather made an appointment and went in, only to find that this deal was not honored and the dealership wanted a ton more. The fact that these jerks lied to us JUST TO GET MY GRANDFATHER'S FEET IN THE DOOR during a pandemic is absolutely heartless. Meanwhile, I have not received a call back from a manager to discuss this. I work as a medical provider and the fact that you exposed my grandfather like this has made me realize that I will never do business with you again. Everyone beware of this place- I took my vehicle for service once and they BRIBED me with a BP gift card for every 5 star review I left on their yelp and google accounts. Most of the 5 star reviews are likely fake. More

On july 29 2019 they installed a front passenger seat in my 2018 rogue.Scott Hirsch told me it was from a brand new 2019 rogue.They even walked me over to a 2019 rogue with a missing front passenger seat.H my 2018 rogue.Scott Hirsch told me it was from a brand new 2019 rogue.They even walked me over to a 2019 rogue with a missing front passenger seat.H e made me sighn a release.Then they installed seat.I noticed minor scuff marks on it about 10 minutes later.I purchased a seat from lentini salvage yard.I returned it because it was making my skin irritated and causing respiratory problems.I tried to let it air out for several weeks in my backyard and garage.Had to return it because it may me very sick being near it.They installed the seat from the junkyard on july 29.I went to the emergency room 2 weeks later with severe throat irritation and skin rash contacted owners repeatedly on voicemail.Complete waste of time.Car cannot be driven for any lengnth of time without getting sick.I just got out of monmouth medical center today I drove it from north jersey to long branch More
