I'm happy to do that but as my review says, I have called and left numerous messages with various people. No one returns calls and responds to anything. Ironically, after 4 weeeks, the finance manager reached out to my daugther yesterday, I'm sure the attention we are getting from you now is only because I've posted these less than positive reviews on 3 sites this week. I don't know how I am supposed to send you a private message and to whom I should direct the message. Again, as stated, you cannot leave a voice mail with the manager as his mailbox is full. That has been true for the last month. Everytime I call, I get the runaround. If you would tell me who I should reach out to directly and how best to reach them, I will try again. I'd like a specific name so I don't get the run around again.

I'd like a specific name so I don't get the run around again. ------ Part B: We called you 4x this morning by 10:30am (you open at 9:00). 2 calls were to Darren. His voice mail from yesterday said to call him to discuss the situation. His message also said, "I didn't return your message because I thought this issue was resovled with Schuyler". Again, his mailbox greeting still says a different name, and no answer from him when we called. You also cannot leave a message as his mailbox (if it is his mailbox) is still full--same issue for the past month. We called Schuyler 2 times this morning. First time we were told he was in a meeting that would be over in ~15 mins. We were asked if we'd like to call back or ask to have him return our call. We asked for a call back but also said we would try calling him back too. (We thought it may increase the odds of actually speaking with someone) Almost 1.5 hrs later, no call back, even though we were told he would call us once his meeting ended (which was supposed to be 15 mins). We attempted to call him again. Again, he had to give our name and guess what?...once again, he was busy and could not talk to us. Not surprised. She did tell us that she was asked to relay a message...that they were sending us a refund for the amount owed. When asked when we might receive the refund, we were told 5-7 business days. I hope this is not another ploy on their part to avoid the customer. My final comment is about the salesman, Bret Schellhammer. On 4/9, when we discussed with Bret about the fax to Darren, and how it's gone unanswered, Bret's response was concerning. He told us Darren has a reputation for not answering his phone or returning calls. He said Darren was well known for this. As a customer, what is worse with this statement?: Having an employee throw another employee under the bus? Or, having an employee in your organization that's known to have this reputation, and doing nothing about it? Again, it seems to support the lack of integrity that we've experienced across the board with everyone at this agency. Let me end by saying this: Please stop with all the automated responses to these negative reviews. I've posted negative reviews on 3 sites and recieved the same response on all 3--telling me to send you a private message to improve the situation. You have my contact info. In fact, various ways to reach us--at least 4 ways. Until yesterday, there's not been 1 attempt to reach us at all for over 1 month. If I was honestly wanting to make a situation right with an unhappy customer, I would be jumping through hoops to locate them, get their contact info, and reach out until I felt the situation was resolved. You asking me to contact you privately, after I've clearly done this numerous times, shows how little you really do care about the concern of your customer(s).

Besides the standard transactional charges such as NJ excise taxes, DMV/licensing fees or any other state mandated charges we don’t apply other fees to the selling price. At times, optional services, such as vehicle protection, insurance and warranty products are offered as optional items during the sale.
